Company Chronology

1987: Incorporation of Garrison Production of first tamping parts in rented building with ELIN ELECT. LTD.
1988: Completion of the first building phase and beginning of production in Faridabad. Setting up of tool manufacturing facilities to make own stamping tools
1989: Initial setup for production of plastic components for various electronic and electrical industries
1990: Garrison invested in the complete tool making facilities with best technology available for manufacturing moulds and stamping tools in house. Garrison started working with M/S Instrument India Ltd., M/s Cutler Hammer India Ltd.
1991: With most of the multinational companies entering into India, Garrison was one of the first selected and approved suppliers by companies like Gillette, Abb Ltd, Hevels India Ltd, Ge Motors India Ltd.
1995: Collaboration with Elesta Electronic AG
1996: Took over Elesta India (P) Ltd. and started production of Electro Mechanical Relays. Establishments of marketing organizations for penetrating deeper into the markets. Garrison started working with INSTRUMENTATION LTD., KOTA
2000: Garrison started offering all the services of an expert partner for development of customer oriented solutions. Garrison was the selected and approved Supplier for companies like LG ELECTRONICS INDIA PVT.LTD., INDICATION INSTRUMENTS LTD.
2002: Plans to increase capacity for manufacturing and stamping tools; plans to enter into bigger stamping; machine capacities up to 500 tons; started work for KHAITAN ELECTRICALS LTD., THE PRINTER HOUSE INDIA LTD.
2004: Started working with ONIDA SAVAK LTD, SAMSUNG INDIA LTD., Instrumentation Ltd. Kota for different types of relay bomb
2005: Started developing tools, dies and components with latest CNC machines including CNC Wire Cable, etc.
2007 / 2009: GTPL started its tool design with PRA system and manufacturing on CNC machine by transferring its programme dies for the machine by remote control system, etc.; also started checking dies, tools and components on CMM supplies.

Research & Development

Our R & D center works in close co-operation with the customers for manufacturing of components for their final products. The designs are made on the latest available Auto Cad & Pro-E systems which are used by most of our customers in India. Further it plans to install katia to further become compatible with other companies.

Design & Development of Components

Our highly trained tool designers can design compound and progressive dies with critical punch and die component tolerances. Moulds for the components are designed directly from patterns. Innovative die design combined with years of experience provides added value to the customers that is unmatched in the industry. The company has a wide variety of activities for engineering of special components; viz. special tooling for the production of semi finished parts; manufacturing technology for parts; production with complete process; development specialist in transforming customer design and needs into real parts or assembly.
